Level 2 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work

 

Overview

When an organisations risk assessment of First Aid needs identifies that there is a requirement  for Emergency First Aid at Work practitioners, then these national Awards for Emergency First Aid at Work satisfy the requirements of the regulatory body for First Aid - the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). This one day course includes both theory and practical hands on sessions, in a relaxed atmosphere, designed to boost a candidate's confidence.

Previous experience required - None required

Assessment - Assessment is ongoing by the Instructor along with a multiple choice question paper. Subject to successful assessment learners will be issued with a Level 2 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work.

Equipment

The course will be conducted indoors however you will need to wearing comfortable clothes that allow you to kneel and squat down.

As part of the course you will also receive a copy of the Instruct UK manual containing comprehensive guidance on Emergency First Aid at Work training and serves as an ideal course reference book. It is compliant with the new 2010 Resuscitation guidelines. It contains clear and easy to understand guidance with high quality images.
