First Aid at Work(Requalification)Course

Overview

It is a requirement of the Health & Safety law that employers provide a safe and healthy environment to work in.

If your assessment of First Aid needs highlights the need to maintain the qualifications of your First Aider's, then this course will provide you with that. The comprehensive two day course covers a wide range of First Aid emergencies, enabling all participants to deal with an emergency situation with confidence in a prompt, safe and effective way. In addition to this, should there have been any change to protocols during their initial qualification, then this will be updated.

The course will give participants a qualification to the highest level of First Aid, meeting the statutory requirements of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981.

Assessment - Assessment is ongoing by the Instructor each day, along with a question paper on Day 1 and two question papers on Day 2 . Subject to successful assessment learners will be issued with a Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work.
